So I just changed out the maintenance assembly on our Falcon Outdoor - Mutoh and got put back together. Was going to do a "reset home position" test but it won't work. I can get it to where you push media and the printhead should move around, but it doens't move. Sounds like it is going to move (fans turns on) but then doesn't. I am waiting for tech support to call me back. ANY THOUGHTS IN THE MEAN TIME?
