Fallen Soldier Emblem - need help please

Hi Guys,


A local mom has asked me to create a tribute to her fallen son. I'm going to do a perforated vinyl for the back window of her mustang.

She wanted the emblem on the mural. Does anyone know where I can get this emblem, or is it trademarked?

My guess is it is trademarked. I think if you just contacted them, you may get a verbal or written "OK" for doing the one logo for the fallen son's Mom.

There is no copyright nor trademark in the Battle Cross, a.k.a. Fallen Soldiers Battle Cross.

But you still need a copy that's reproducible and that might mean spending a few dollars on clipart or a stock photo. Get the cheapest you can and then add to it a bit like:
