I notice that about every 2-3 month the FastSign down the block have their "NOW HIRING" banner up.
They should have about 20 employee in their 1,200ish sqft.
Either that or that's their stradegy in getting customer to believe that they are so busy that they need more help.
Or mybe they trainging everyone for the sign industry.

Most of that help is high school and college kids (big turn over). We USED to have a Signs Now in our area, francise fees are HUGE so they closed up.
(well and we low balled them every chance we could)

it is also done to keep people moving in and out the door ... people stop in for.. help wanted .. have several customers do same .I just look at them funny and they say it brings in people ..strange but hey
