For the record, there are 72 registered members of Signs 101 that list themselves as with FastSigns. It isn't at all unreasonable to think that someone will be letting her know of this discussion.

Running a large corporation has very little to do with the actual end processes that produce the products. I guarantee the CEO of Coke can't run the bottling machine. I guarantee the CEO of Ford can't build a car.

It's true. As CEO of my company, I no longer know how to run my machines. I just make sure that I have good employees who can. Monday morning I'm giving all of our employees a $10.00 gift certificate to go bowling. I hope that it will bring them all closer together and give them balance in their lives! Forgive me, a tear just leaked out of my eye socket.

I told my wife after we watched it, "I shouldn't get on 101 because everyone will be flaming it no matter if it's good or bad"...sure enough, flame session. I thought it was good...but then again, I'm not ProAnti like so many on this board that are anti everything.
It showed that any jackass can't just walk in and do the job...everyone said, "she should be in an office job"...well, DUH, she is. Just because most in our industry are complete hacks, doesn't mean that EVERYONE is. She may not be good at laying vinyl, but she's good at running a business. Why does everyone freak out when people actually share their feelings about stuff, instead of just going out and drinking till they're passed out to forget about everything. Sometimes it's ok to be a real human once in a while and care about stuff, and think about different forks in the road.

I really hate this show cause I always cry like a little b&tch at the end and this one was no different.
Very good show and I am happy to see her get out in the field, see her franchises and experience first hand some of the basic things that they do every day.
A vast majority of them are struggling just as much as most are. Competing against numerous sign shops within a location is no easy task and running a corporation such as this will very easily put you out of touch with your end product production and who makes it happen.
But really I want a boss to give me 10 grand and pay my building payments for a year. That is all I ask. Pretty please??
Forgot I am the boss and broke. I guess that is two strikes against me.
