Well, what do you wanna change? The aluminum trolley with the 5 small wheels on it?
yeah the bottom trolley wheel exploded. What little i can find on it you have to dismantle the entire head and re calibrate everything. I would love to hear it isnt that bad.

It isn't that bad. Does it help?! :)
Anyway, do you have the new piece of that aluminum? If you do it takes about 2-3 hours to change. You can do it by yourself but I suggest you to have someone to help you. Just for like holding the cart or hold pieces together until you are screwing.

It's not so bad . Remove the bolts on the back of the carriage that hold the belt in place. Pop one side of the belt loose from the slot that it fits in. Lift the carriage straight up and rest it on a soft towel. Change the part you need and put it all back together.

You'll need a helper to guide the encoder strip into the slot when you put the carriage back in place. Go easy or you could bend the encoder strip. The only calibrations you need afterward are auto bidi and auto head to head.

Keep that bad part and show it to a local cnc lathe specialist and have him reproduce by the old one. It would save you money too if next time one of the rollers goes bad. On the original part they are pressed on so they cannot be changed.

I had the same issue and in my case a new trolley replacement was the solution. The bearings in the old trolley were well worn and causing my issue. I still have the old trolley and if I detect any issues with the new trolley, I will try to swap the bearing is out with the help of a do it all friend
