FB500 / FB550 Extension Tables - Anyone have any?

Does anyone have an old FB500 or FB550 extension tables that they no longer use or as part of a decommissioned printer?
Currently in Canada, but would pay to have shipped up here.

We have an R1000 we want to modify these to fit. I can fab something else up, but these would work well for this application and the current space we have the printer in.
