Fc5100-130

Ok so I have a Vinyl Express Q130 running in Flexi 7.6v2 I used theGraphtec FC5100-130 as mark s told me to try and it worked. The q130 cuts perfect everything is working....but when I do a Print then bring it over to the Plotter line up the cutter with the registration marks and set it as the orgin. I go back over OK at it starts looking for the other 3 then an error pops up saying
"mark scan error".

Any tips?
