FC7000-160 Center of Letters cut offset

I have started having a problem with my FC7000 cutting the center of the letter out offset. Not sure what the problem is or how to correct it. I am using CorelDraw X7 with Cutting Master 2. It might be a software issue and not a machine issue. Thought I would start here first. Any info or help would be awesome. Thanks!

as the letters are not mis shaped think it has to be software
is this cut across or down the plotter
guesses
try another font
turn off sorting, if on

you can bypass cutting master by using the generic windows graphtec printer driver, on you original software disc.
