FC7000MK2 graphtec plotter pressure help

I need some help, trying to figure out how to set the pressure of the FC7000MK2. Ive looked though the manual and I cant find how to set the pressure on the cutting blade. I have a newer one that i have no issues with setting the pressure but this is my big one and I can not figure it out. thanks

After the media is loaded, and screen says ready:

1. Press Conditions
2. Press F1 Force
3. Use up and down arrows.

edit: then hit enter when complete.
