FC8000 63" push roller

Our FC8000 63" model went down due to static shock, we had a 54" model as back up. Picked them both up used a few months ago. We quickly noticed that the 54" model wasn't cutting as well as the 63" model. The 54" would have rounded corners on some edges, but not others and not completing circles. After many adjustments, blade changes and factory resets (as suggested on signs 101 / forums).... we started to investigate what went wrong with the 63" plotter. We found out the mainboard is what went down on the 63". The mainboard on the 54" and 63" had the same markings/numbers on them so we swapped them and the 63" plotter was back in action. We ran the same test cuts that were failing on the 54" and they were cutting perfectly on the 63". We were very excited to get the 63" Graphtec back in action. However, we have lost the functionality of the 4th push roller that is on the 63" model. The 54" plotter only had 3 push rollers. I reached out to Graphtec, but have not gotten a response. They no longer do phone support for legacy models.

I figure it's just a flash of a bios or a setting that needs to be enabled someplace.

Does anyone have an idea???
