FC8600-130 Skewing and Grit Roller problems

Hello, has anyone had problems with the grit rollers pushing upwards the push rollers making the vinyl skew off more than usual?

I noticed when I took the plate off there was a tab missing that kind of holds the roller in place. Then when I look at the rollers moving it looks uneven when you are moving it. I tried contacting Graphtec but have not heard back but was wondering if anyone here has had this similar problem?

Is that not part of the platen you removed? You'd only lightly want to bind that, otherwise it would cause drag on the motor, or have a bearing in place, which I assume the machine has at either end. Look on the underside of the part you removed, where it interfaces with this area, and see if there isn't a cradle.
