FC8600 is cutting jagged marks when perf cutting Orafol 3258 material

Just bought a new material to print/perf cut with. It is Orafol or Oracal 3258 6mil print media. We are perf cutting these with our FC8600 and are getting these jagged cuts in the decal. Tried messing with the settings and cant seem to get rid of this. I've messed with 3 different blades, cut line patterns, speed, force, blade holders with no luck. The left side is the backing paper of the decal on the right. Has anyone see this before?

Graphtec tech support told me to turn my cut line pattern to off and that has now fixed the issue. A smooth cut line. They replied to my email and phone request in a very fast professional manner.
