FC9000 - Cut's 0.625" off

So I had printed some sheets with Graphtec cut marks off my UV machine. Loaded them into the graphtech and sent the cuts from CM5. Scanned marks no problem but when it makes the first cut it's always 0.625" off. If I cancel the job and start it over it cuts in the correct place. I cannot seem to figure out why it does this.

Are you switching conditions where one condition is tool position 1 and another condition is tool 2? I noticed that sometimes I have to restart the machine for it to switch tool positions correctly. Now I always restart the cutter if switching between tool positions

No I had changed the tool before I turned it on.
I'm wondering if it has anything to do with choosing sheet vs roll. I can't recall having this problem when it was loaded as a sheet on the Graphtech. These are on a roll though so I can't really choose sheet setting.

It is all about tool Positions. Position 1 is the back slot, Position 3 is the front slot. check the condition you sending the job. Assign Tool option shows each condition setting,

Shouldn't be a problem between sheet and roll. Also tool positions are only about .25" off, so if you're .625" off, it's not likely the cutter in the wrong position. Perhaps your tool offset or scan sensor offset got changed? You can also try a new print and see if you still have the problem. I had one file (printed on a UCJV330) that the cut lines were just way off. I actually resorted to adjusting the cut lines in Illustrator to get something decent. I re-ripped and reprinted the file and the second print on the same printer and same FC9000 cut just fine. I really don't know what was going on with that first print but I haven't ran into the problem since.

Yeah it's not the tool position, I did that once and sore to always check my conditions before I send. I never have issues when I cut Onyx barcodes on rolls like this. Although I know it's a different set of marks and has a barcode. I'll have to dig through some settings but I rarely change anything on my cutter.
