When printing panels in flexi, should the overall print increase in size? For example, If I have a 200 inch print, and have 4 panels, I set a .5" overlap, should the print become 202"?

Thats an interesting question, and the reason I say so is that if the software did increase the size of the print that could be a bad thbing as the scale would change. I am interested in hearing the answer to this.

The unfinished print should be oversized since it has overlap. However, once installed/assembled it will be 200".

That's what I was thinking, but production manager doesn't show the extra print for the overlaps. Is that normal? Another question. Does the first panel that will be installed need to be the first panel Flexi prints? Example, the wrap we are about to attemp on our Tahoe, we are starting on the driver side so our first panel will be the driver side rear. Do I need to flip the image upside down in PM so that panel prints first?
