Fiberbrite OSHA blanks

I had a potential new customer come in the other day, he had a 7" x 10" warning sign, made from Fiberbrite, rounded corners with screw holes.
He will need 30 to 40 of them, I can't find them anywhere and Fiberbrite has not reponded to my e-mail.
Any sources other than getting them custom router cut?

We do OSHA 7" x 10" warning signs on .040 aluminum and PVC. Digital printed, screen printed and vinyl are the three processes we use. Make him a sample with one of these and I bet you will get the job.

It might be fiberglass what your client is after. Brady USA has them on their web site. Something like this one:

The stuff Brady has could be what my customer wants, it's for pipeline right of ways and he said the aluminum signs get stolen, they don't take the fiberglass ones.
