Hi all,
is anyone out there using a combo of the Fiery XF cut server application and a Graphtec cutter? We use an FC8600-130. I am printing on an EFI Pro 16H, and utilizing Command Workstation to process and RIP files for printing. I was able to install and activate the Cut Server application, and I was able to get the printer to print a set of 11 stickers - it printed cutter registration marks and pulled out the cut paths, but it exported them as an AI file, and the Cut Server app can't read AI file types. I feel like I'm hitting a wall with this - will likely be reaching out to EFI directly, and I've been checking their forums, but wanted to reach out here, to see if anyone else has run into trouble with the initial configuration of Cut Server, or if anyone's run into this exporting problem before.
