Files to be written to cd

I made a cd for my screen printer and now I keep getting a bubble that shows I have files ready to be written to a cd. I open the window and there are files there and I try to delete them and get an error,
"Cannot delete filenane: it is being used by another person or program."

I closed all programs and still does it..This has been going on for about a month..

Next time you get the bubble, click on it.
when the window pops up, look at the left hand column.
It the first few options should read something to the effect of CD writing tasks.
The second line should read, " Delete temporary files ". Click there and confirm your choice by clicking YES on the next dialog box.

Pat- I downloaded it, and computer started acting wierd. Everytime the bubble comes up and I click on it, it closes and wants to send and error report to Microsoft


OA-- I've tried that already..
