That looks to be hand rendered, so it's not a font in my opinion.
Peruse the alphabets of Atkinson, some of which have been turned into fonts, for a close but no cigar match.
(Why do people always abbreviate on fire trucks? Huge pet peeve here)

I agree that it looks hand lettered as well.
This font

has a similar look but would need modification on several characters to be close.
