I thought this was a Letterhead font I have, but it's different.
Pretty sure it's a font, it's not hand done.
Any ideas?

Very close to Letterhead Fonts Smalts (LHF Smalts), but it is a Pierce font.
If that is Leo's "printed reflective engine turn" vinyl let me know, I have a roll of it sitting around.
