Fire Truck Fonts

Another one of those that looks like it's hand done, but it is in vinyl, so it's probably one of the fire truck manufacturers proprietary fonts....and they didn't even use the same one for both.... in any case can anyone get me close to either of these?

No suggestions? Oh well, looks like I will have to build it. I can't even do a trace since the text will be different
