--- Drop shipped freight (blind) to another state
--- Turned in 3 days
--- Offered KILLER quality on their new Flatbed
--- Offered KILLER pricing on the project
--- Overcommunicated (Super) and Over-achieved (Great!)
They've earned all our future business ... we do a lot of large projects.
