Firmware jv3-130spii

Hi can someone please help us, We are in Tasmania the little state under Australia and we don't have a tech that is in Tassie so we would have to fly someone in and our company isn't keen on doing this. Our problem is that our JV3 is running on the old TS inks and we need to update but we only have 7.30 firmware and we need to update it, we have the update tool but no firmware could someone pleeaassee help us by sending us the firmware or telling us where we could get it.
