No, not RIP software. The Cape May rips. Going to have another whack at flounder fishing. It's supposed to be beautiful on sunday in NJ, and wont be a whole bunch more nice weekends for my little boat out there. Anyone else fishing this weekend? BTW - Anyone know why they call it the "Cape May Rips"?

Maybe a little Lk Michigan salmon fishing here. If the big water's too rough for my s 17 footer, than it's some walleye searching after dark inland.

Hope your not fishing out of Cape May - Flounder season is over.
There will be other species available though.
Try striper fishing in November.

I got out on Lake Hopatcong today. Gotta get used to everyone looking at me on the water with the new wrap! Fishing wasn't so great but the best it's been all summer.... We got 7 bass to the boat, most about 2lbs.

:Big Laugh Rookie. I used to put out at Slaughter Beach on the Delaware side in my 18', go clear across the bay, through the shipping lanes, and fish the lighthouses near the middle and south of the lanes. Used to catch good croaker and sea bass this time of year, but sold the boat years ago...
