fixed there Neon

After spending 12 hours rewiring fixing a spider web of wires moving good neon and removing the bad neon we was able to fix there neon along the road side and half way around there building. Soon they will Add the rest of the neon to finish the front of the building but for now we got them all setup.

ya it needs some improvement problem with moving it down, the Light is mounted there so for now that's where it is
 
What outdoor wet components are being used for that border job? Are the trannies Mid Point Ground/ virtual ground? What was the "spider" of wires composed of?

What was the constant reason for failure?

What did you use to check the load, what the neon is actually pulling to make sure the right size tranny is being used?

12 hours is a LOT of time.

BTW - I don't think the pic tells the real story of the light reflecting off the sign from the flood, I doubt it looks that bad. it's hard to capture real life shots from white lighting or white reflections
