Just wondering if anyone has had any luck printing flags with their Roland. I have a FJ-50 converted to eco-solvent ink and a customer asking about custom flags. I know there are options to outsource but I would like to keep as much work in house as possible. If anyone has done this please advise what material you used and where you purchased from, a few pics would be nice also.

Many flags are printed via sublimation.......Sorry no idea how your method would work....But in small quantities, it may be almost as costly to buy blank material as to outsource....

I screwed around with solvent flags for a while and for me it just wasn't cost effective between printing, seaming, buying and sewing the headers on.

Farm them out... a lot less worries and better profit in the long run.
