Flat Black/Wet or Dry App?

I have to apply a factory-made decal to a pickup truck at my son's work.
The decal is flat black material, masked, unknown brand.
It is approximately 12"x15".
I can apply dry, but am afraid of screwing it up.
I have both Rapid Tac and RT2.
Which is the best method?
:thankyou:
Love....Jill

i'd do rapid tac 1 since it will give you more time to work with it. I apply all graphics wet and flat black is one of them.

i like rapid tac 2 or quickstick... they are not as forgiving as the original but set up very quick. i know a lot of people are "i never do wet application" but when its customer supplied and at the dealers .. i would probably go wet , just depends on where on the car and the shape of the graphic, etc..
