Thomas Printworks is currently accepting applications for a production print operator in our Maitland Florida branch. This is a hands on position with responsibilities revolving around the production of digital prints on our Canon 660XT flatbed printer. Qualified applicants will need to have a high mechanical aptitude and good trouble shooting skills. Experience with digital flatbeds or digital printing in general is preferred. This is not a design position.
Eligible candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Follow work orders accurately
• Prioritize the production of jobs according to deadline and complexity
• Calculate material usage in square feet
• Able to accurately judge color reproduction
• Experience with digital printing preferred.
• Keep management informed of inventory levels and reorders
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, managers and customers
• Help with the unloading of delivered material
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Proof read and quality check finished pieces
Salary Commensurate with experience.
