Flatbed print onto ribbed plastic panel

We are attempting to flatbed print onto some ribbed plastic panels. The recesses are about 5/8" deep. I knew the print would fuzz out, but I was hoping it wouldn't be this bad. Overall graphic size is about 8ft x 14ft, so hoping we don't have to go the vinyl route. Is this doable with a flatbed printer?

That is a “no can do”. Your ink droplets have further to travel, you have more area to cover, etc.


That is why flatbed printers print on FLAT or virtually flat materials.

You can try slowing the carriage speed way down as well as only printing uni directional but 5/8" is probably too deep to get any kind of decent print quality.
