Flex face clip ?

I can usally search this great forum to find the anwsers to all my questions, so that way I don't have to bother anyone. BUT today I opened a retainer today to find a clip system I am not familiar with. It is similar to one's I have used on much larger system so I am familiar with how it attaches to the flex face but can not figure how to draw tention while attaching it to the cabinet??? First time tring to post attachment so hope pic shows up.

I forget what system that is but i have done those systems in stadiums. My memory is a bit fogged but you put something wide and flat in that channel , push downward and remove the keeper that on the bottom. I use a really small prybar and wide chisel that I dulled down to remove and tension those. I will find out when I am in the shop tomorrow what kind it is
