Question???
I'm replacing a Flex face its 4' x 50' but there is no tension system???
It is simply screwed into the sign. So how do you get it tight??:signs101:

Are you sure? I have never seen a flex face without a tension system. What keeps the screws from just pulling through the material?

Would not try.....

I have seen this many times. The face is usually doubled over on the edge and wrapped to the side of the cabinet. The screws are hidden by the retainers.
I have never seen this last for more than a year, but I am only called when it has failed.
I would NEVER try this myself and could not even imagine how to tension the wrinkles out of the face. I always return 1-2 weeks after a flex face install to retention the system, especially after cold weather installations.
Bite the bullet and purchase a retrofit system.
