flexi 10.5 prints longer files at about 1/3 the size

am using flexi 10.5 and printing to a valu jet. am trying to print a file 46" x 7" it prints it at about 1.75" instead of 7". it prints shorter files fine but even just a long rectangle gets printed quite a bit smaller. have tried changing the material size etc... can't figure it out anyone ever had this happen? have tried rebooting. when I print smaller stuff it prints fine.

it prints only 11" long and prints the file proportional to that length. wondering if its the encoder strip on the valu jet

looks like the production mgr in 10.5 is corrupt. works with 10. and have the cloud version so not sure what happened with the production mgr. in 10.5
