Flexi 10 and CS5

Using Flexi 10. I have two clients that send me files created in CS5. The PDF's will not import or open. With EPS files I get "File format not supported" and according to tech support this should work. AI files will not work as well even if saved to ver 4. Is anyone having problems that are similar to this or is it just me One more thing, when I print jpegs I get a haze in the background.

What is your current install? 10.0.3, 10.0.4 or 10.5?

We have Flexi 8.x Pro and we had the same issue until we started down-saving to CS2. Rare we do that anymore. When I design in Ai I burn a pdf and it goes direct to Versa.

I dont have time to be messing with these files all day when the BASS are biting, LOL - seriously it is frustrating.

I would recommend updating to 10.5. Can you email me one of the CS5 files you are having trouble with? I will import into my PRO 10.5 and let you know the results.

BTW, 10.5 is a free update.

I have the same setup and i have no prob with files and IF i do i have them send me another. there should not problem unless file is corrupt
