Flexi 10 dongle broke

I have Flexi 10 with dongle. However we were moving around my desk and somehow the dongle was damaged. Know it will not work. I contacted the company I purchased it from and they said I will have to buy another upgrade to get new dongle. Is their another way?

Is their an web base security system that doesn't need dongle?

I don't know how it is in the US, but in Europe you could replace a broken dongle for a small fee.

Yep. Contact a better dealer like Bobby at Ciber Supply (merchant member here). They will need your exact version number and key number and will be able to order a replacement key. I think they may also require you to send it the damaged key as well.

Yes, you can replace your hard key and as SightLine suggested, Bobby Fosson can help you with that.

Also, the new SAi Flexi Cloud uses a new kind of security system. You can either continue to use a functioning hardware key or you can have no hardware key at all. If you choose to attach the new Cloud license to your hardware key, first replace the broken key and then visit store.thinksai.com/upgrade. However, if you don't want the hardware key, contact a reseller or call SAi at 1800-229-9066. Either way, the upgrade from v10 is free (for a limited time).
