Flexi 11 not opening properly

I am running a full purchased version of Flexi 11 on a Windows 7 laptop. I have had no issues until today. I started up my computer, clicked on the Flexi icon and when it began loading I got three "failed to load plugin module" warnings; fsformat.dll, fspreprod.dll, and fsintpaint.dll. The program started up but I can't open any of my files, there isn't even an "open" option in the toolbar or the file menu. Also, when I try to start production manager it says there is a file missing from the system and I need to reinstall the program. Any ideas?

Sounds like something got moved around or deleted from where flexi thought it was. Were there any changes made to the file system of the computer. Disk defrag? Moved files to different disk or different area of the disk?

Some Flexi users are experiencing a situation where AVAST antivirus software is deleting some Flexi files. There are two ways to fix it:
• Find Avast Virus Chest (open Avast and go to Statistics/Component Status/Virus Chest). Look for any files in Virus Chest that have path for SAi Production Suite. Right Click on the file and then click on Restore and Add to Exclusion.
• If restoring doesn’t work than you will need to go to saicloud.com, download and reinstall software.

Restoring the file through Avast didn't work, I am in the process of re-downloading the program now.

Can you run a system restore and go back after the program was installed?

Re-installing the program worked. Whew, that wasn't a fun way to start the day.
