Microsoft has a free antivirus program.
My flexi 10 only crashes once and a while while saving my first file of the day.

Perhaps uninstall Trend and replace it with Avast Free...

have used that one before Trend micro ( Flexi crashed a lot then too ) will need to try them all out again and see which one works best,
