Flexi 12 and flexi 10.5 printing the same file different shades of yellow????

We have been printing the same file in Flexi 12 and 10.5 and after printing ALOT of vinyl we discovered 12 is printing the yellow darker than 10. The same pre sets were installed on 12. Both colors were the same pantone color. Wierd.
