Flexi 12 break apart multi page PDF

GAC05

Quit buggin' me
Hi,
just got a copy of Flexi cloud (freebie with a new printer).
Is there a way to rearrange the pages of a multi page pdf in the production manager so they can be ganged to fit the material?
Right now each page stacks on top of the next without a way to move them individually - as far as I can tell.
Could be a lot of user error on my part but so far I'm not much impressed with the jump from v8 to v12.

thanks in advance

Isn't this what 'NEST' does? I never use it but it sounds like it might work for you. Try holding down CTRL and selecting all the files you want, then right click on a highlighted file and I'm assuming NEST is an option.

Or in Production Manager preview area, just hold-left click the bottom preview image and drag it to the right.

Thanks,
they seem to stay locked to each other and I can't work with them individually.
Clicking the "Page Nesting" button on and off didn't have any effect until I changed the print orientation. Hitting page nest then got me almost there. I have 4 pages side by side but was unable to turn the 5th page horizontal so it would not waste a another full row of material in height. Work around was to load the PDF twice and set the page range to 4 on the first and 1 on the second then nest the 2 of them.
Funny part - once you nest the PDF with something else you can move each page around individually. Seems like it should be an option for a single multi page PDF too.

I believe that if you right click on the pdf file there should be an option called Break Apart. Once it separates them you can then select them and click nest and it should arrange them properly.

This is exactly what I needed.
Thank you

Try "Page Nesting" in the layout tab of Job Properties (see screendump). No need to crush the print job into pieces.

Thanks for the reply.
I did try to use the page nest option but could not figure out how to turn the last page horizontal while leaving the other 4 vertical.

The rotate option turns all the pages and not just the one.
Using the suggested "break apart" option it split the 5 pages - nested and arranged them exactly how I wanted without further input from me.
I've had Flexi 12 all of 4 days now so I am sure there is more I don't know than I do know.
