Flexi 7.6 in Windows 7 Professional

I know that flexi 7.6 won't work in windows 7 home edition, but will it work in windows 7 professional? Since it has the ability to run some programs in XP mode? Has anyone tried it before I upgrade for $90 and waste my money.
