I have FlexiSign PRO 8.1 and i have my Roland FJ52 connected it via tcp/ip and i have my Graphtec CE5000-60 connected via USB. Now my problem is i can't print and contour cut. This is what i do let say i have one word that i want to print and contour cut, and what i do is i will type the word assign all the colors to it then i go Effects-Contour Cut and then i go to Rip and Print, go to Advanced and click on Contour then to select the cutter, but the Contour button is not working i cant click on it. In production manager i see the cutter and the printer and are both checked on. If i just want to use the cutter i can go File-Cut/Plot and it works it recognizes the cutter and it cuts fine. So what am i missing.
