Flexi 8.1+CE5000(USB)= NO CUT

Hi Guys, Great forum!

I'm newbie, I setup a new Graphtec CE5000 24" with flexi 8.1 on XP, but when I click send job, the plotter not cut the job and instead a "series" of number and don't stop till I put the plotter off. Any idea? Thanks for any help!:help:

Start your cutter like you are setting it up to cut. Once it it ready to cut press "pause", then press "next" until you see "command" then press "enter". It probably says GP-GL. Press the up arrow so it says HP-GL then press enter, enter, pause and you should be all set.

Chances are, your cutter is currently set to GP-GL command mode, and it needs to be set for HP-GL command mode.
