Flexi 8.1 problems

So I looked and looked and have tried many different formats and doing compound paths but nothing is working. I'm using FlexiSign Pro 8.1 and the new Illustrator, seems that the different versions to different extremes of the same thing. The text "DISPLAYS" is not lining up yet in flexi sign and illustrator it is perfect. Any help is appreciated. My Plotter is a Vinyl Express Q160. Originally I used an EPS version CS and it was fine except it didn't cut the S in displays but everything else was fine. I've also tried unmasking in flexi to no avail. please help!

Cut Issue

Try changing the size of the final cut by say 0.001 inches. OR try changing dramatically, like 50% and see if it fixes it. I know sound weird but sometimes I older versions of Flexi it works.
