Flexi 8.5 Transparency lens issue 65%

Hello all please help,

I have a background wrap with small area that I did a lens at 65% to have a Transparency to put letters over the top.
When I send to the printer is says to change the dpi so I try at 300 and 180 only a few options. When I do it will print but shows
a line in random areas in the wrap only in the transparency area. Any ideas how to fix this. Only trying to export a 28.5" x 81" file of a trailer wrap. The file is 81" x 196" so to large to export and fix any other way.

Convert the transparency to a bitmap in Flexi and then send it to Production Manager.

Thanks for the help. I had to back it down to 72 dpi to get it to work and do it as its own layer.

that happened to me just this week. weird lines. GRR.
