Flexi Adding Unwanted Files to Folder

I am running Flexi 8.6v2 on Windows 7 and having a problem with Flexi Files being added to my Signs Document Folder automatically. Please see attached picture and tell me "what is going on"? And how do you fix this? Even when I close Flexi they remain in my folder. Please help!!!

Maybe....

This could possibly be temp files. Go to "preference" tab and check where the default folder is for temp files. Some people call these scratch files. If your documents file is listed as the folder for temp files you can change the destination folder.
