Flexi and Cutter won't communicate

All of the sudden I cannot cut to the vinyl express cutter. In production manager it say cutting and done like it cut, but nothing. It is connected via usb so I switched to different usb ports and even reinstalled the cutter. Still same thing. Anybody have any ideas?!?! thanks

first try to clear preferences if that doesnt work then uninstall and reinstall flexi should fix it

Agreed... You have to uninstall Flexi and reinstall.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that since I can still print to both of my printers through flexi and production manager like normal....

Unfortunately, an uninstall and reinstall is what you'll need to do. We seem to have to do that every 8 - 12 months.
