When reading in a poster file in CMYK JPEG made with Adobe Photoshop from CS2 the size of the poster as it appears on the screen is nearly double that of what it should be. What's going on?
Check your viewing size and resolution.
Off the top of my head, if you take a 4" x 6" 200 DPI image and place it in a 100 DPI file, it will appear to have doubled in size.

This is a plausible explanation--hopefully next week we will be able to run some trials using a simple 2 or 3 ft square grid marked off in 1" squares (in CS2 Photoshop) to see if there is any distortion when imported as a high quality JPEG file into Flexi.
