Flexi Cloud Edition on Windows 10 Home Edition

I have installed Flexi on many PC's and Laptop's, Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Currently I have loaded the software on a Windows 10 laptop and it simple will not run.
After many day's installing, reinstalling and talking with the SAI support it still does not run.

I have just noticed that this laptop is running Windows 10 Home Edition and not Pro.

Could this be the problem?

Any advice welcome.

What version of Flexi?

I'm running latest Flexi Cloud on Windows 10 Home and Pro desktops/laptops, with zero issues. They have a fix if you have a 4k display, you need to contact them for it.

I just installed Flexi on a customer's Windows 10 computer and I had to make it run in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3 and as the administrator. It worked fine after that.

Odd, I didn't have to do this and I just installed Flexi Cloud on a new Windows 10 Pro desktop last night, zero tweaks or changes. Strange for sure.

Mine was a Mutoh specific version so that might have had something to do with it. Also, maybe the home and pro version of windows 10 treats the software differently in some way.
