Flexi Cloud files don't open in Flexi 10.5?

Need to print a job for another shop and they sent a regular FS file, but I can't open it. It shows in the preview but when I open it it's just blank. Is there that big a difference that Cloud files won't open in 10.5?

You are correct. The other shop will have to go to File > Export and change the file format at the bottom to Flexi 10.x. You will be able to open that file.
