Flexi CLoud Printing fragments

anyone else had this issue with printing in flexi cloud. see pic of thin black line

What printer are you using and does it do it on the printer's internal test? I have seen a 64" Mutoh Valuejet do this and it was caused by a failed ram chip on the mother board. We replaced the ram and the problem went away. See attached pictures

Its a Mutoh TOUCAN LT. It only does it when flexi is using some sort of marker or border. If it is a group of contour cut stickers, it places a line only where the sticker falls right below each sticker, cut that the only place. That and where the crop marks fall. I wasnt having this issue untill i started using flexi cloud.

just tested on Flexi 8.1 and problem does not exist when printing with this version of FLexi

are you printing with so diffusion dither mode when you were getting this.

i dont get it when printing with fm express dither mode

We only print in SO Diffusion at this point. I would call SAi's tech support and let them know about it. Sounds like there is a bug in the driver.

talked to them, they are blaming it on my printer

I just sent this thread to someone at SAi and I will see what they say.

I just heard back from SAi they want to know what printing resolution are you using when printing this? Does it happen with different resolutions and different profiles?
