Flexi Cloud unable to import files suddenly

Hi, I'm using Flexi cloud and starting yesterday, whenever I try to import anything (jpeg, pdf. ai) into an existing drawing I get an error message "Not a Flexi Pro file". I get around it by dragging the file into the drawing from explorer.

This started yesterday and there haven't been any Flexi or Windows updates that i know of prior to this problem.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi Yukon,

Make sure you are going to File > Import when trying to place a non-Flexi file. If that is not working, you can try resetting preferences to Factory Default using the Preference Manager (Windows Start button and type "Preference Manager" to locate the program).
