Flexi Cut Problem

Been using Flexi, well like forever. First time this has happened and can't figure out what's happened. By the pictures below, when I go to cut graphic, whenever I rotate it, the cut changes the size of the ovals as shown. Any ideas? Something simple I'm sure.

Looks to me like you might have a height constraint set.

What are the monitor/video card resolution set to? When you send it to cut, does it cut like you see it on the screen?
